I would have to offer a similar review to those that have been placed, though I think the others may be a little bit harsh. Steve is an absolutely GREAT guy. Incredibly personable, and was very quick in getting the job done; however, we were broken down and the car was taken directly there (because of AAA). After speaking with several other locations, it was a scenario where we would have to pay several hundred dollars to just get an estimate from elsewhere, so we went with Steve's to be safe, only to find out later that he charged more than even the dealer. He offer's mailed discounts to return; but, was not flexible during our initial visit (especially after considering how costly it ended up being). He's a wonderful guy, but I highly doubt we will ever return---I would go to the dealer first.

Recommend? Maybe... Steve is a great guy, super nice however after $1100 dollars, new parts that I DID NOT NEED, as the original parts were functioning perfectly, my vehicle still has the same problem and it will not be fixed properly after several attempts and returning it. If your vehicle has a VERY VERY COMMON, straight forward issue, Steves would be great. Oil changes, brakes, etc - go here, but if there is any other type of problem or *potential problem*, be sure to get a second opinion. I was asked by the service center, after they had changed out good parts and charged me for labor and parts...""who diagnosed the problem?""...that is a really good question, I thought that was the job of the service center, or better siad, YOUR JOB....that is why I brought my vehicle to you b/c you are a vehicle repair shop.... I will give this service center a good rating in the fact that they continued dialogue with me and gave what I feel was a good effort to fix the problem...ultimately though, they were unable to and attempted to charge me for further labor.

Thanks so much for your help with my wifes Camry. She is a world-class worrier, and her response after reading your detailed service notes was ideal. She feels confident that her car is going to do the job for her. And since she likes the car a lot, knowing that its in good shape, and recently serviced, gives her more assurance then she has had about a car before, Thanks Again.

When we moved into Utah, we had no idea who would be taking care of our car. We only have one and its important that it stays a reliable car. We are so grateful that we have found your shop. We knew that this was the place to go. Your honesty and integrity defines how mechanics should be, and more mechanics like you should be around. Thank you for making our holidays brighter and life so much easier. We know that without you, we wouldn't be able to visit our son out in California, and we wouldn't be able to travel to Arizona to see family there.
