So far......Image Wear has not done me wrong. They treat me as a person, take time to know my business needs, my goals, and produce superior products. Sure, the peeps there may not be perfect, but they get what I want and need!!

GREAT QUALITY AND PRICES! I had over 200 shirts that slipped my mind until 3 days before I needed them. Image Wear helped me design a logo that was super cool and was able to print them up and have them to me before the absolute must time I gave them. Will use again and would recommend to a friend.

They over promised, under delivered. I was told it will be done wednesday for my event. Now it's Friday and I am told they ordered the wrong color. Hard to believe considering they make you sign, email, and call to approve the proofs making sure that there aren't any errors. I finally talked to the owner and was told ""he won't do anything for me and that my order was too small and there was no profit in it, so I can deal with the consequences, or go somewhere else. Basically, if you don't bring in enough profit, your at the bottom of the pile and maybe they can get to you."" How is it my fault that he has poor profit margins and knowingly took a job that ""most companies wouldn't do anyways because there is no profit in it."" From his words, I should feel special that he took pity on my small budget job. He said that I was just upset because I wanted something for free. Not true. All I want is my hats the day they were promised, the color they were promised and that I signed and paid for. Now it's their mistake and I am suffering the consequences. They are happy, because they have been paid.
I read the other reviews before I went there, but being a business owner myself, thought I would try anyways and give a small local company my business. My mistake for believing the owners responses on these reviews. If you do decide to go there even after reading these reviews, at least talk with the owner, also referred to as ""the manager"", and you will quickly come to understand that his business and customer service philosophy is that customers are there to serve him and his company, which in my company, is the wrong approach completely. I don't have a business without my customers, big or small orders.

This was the worst customer service experience I have EVER had. Usually I let things slide by and am pretty laid back- and this is the first review I've actually ever written. When I came to this company to get some embroidery done, I felt like no one there even cared about me. The manager especially was rude and just blew off what I needed. They said the only one in the whole company that could do embroidery was gone so it would be ""who knows when"" before I could get my things back. Really!? What credible company works like that!? I will never be using this company again.

Great Service and the price is unbeatable!

Image Wear came highly recommended to us and I couldn't be happier with my experience. They were very accommodating of my large order, 950 shirts for a fundraising 5K event, and were able to turn it around in just a few days! We even had to make a couple last minute changes, which they were able to handle for us, no problem. They worked so hard to have our shirts done; even staying late on a Friday night to get them delivered on time for our event on Saturday. They exceeded my expectations and came through for us in a big way. Our event was successful and everyone loved their t-shirts! I would absolutely use them again and recommend them to anyone needing t-shirt printing services, they were excellent. Great service, Great price, Great people!

Last minute

Well it's me again from before. The one who didn't know if we would even get our shirts on time. They did finally call us the night we needed our shirts at 7:00pm and we went and met their driver to pick them up. They got two of the shirts in the wrong size, so that was a bummer, but we did order 49 so there is bound to be a mistake I guess. We checked the order form and we had it right, they didn't. I will not be using them again however because it was too dramatic. I really didn't think we were even going to get them in time, and because we ordered them for a specific event, they would have been useless if they hadn't finished them when they did. I know they mentioned that they were a small company and only had one guy who prints the shirts, but that is a lame excuse. Don't except the business if you can't deliver, and if you want to grow the company, hire some more staff so you will have more satisfied customers and their continuing business. I typically order at least 100 shirts a year for family events and it's sad that we can't find one company worth keeping yet........

Well, they must have been working on Tiffany's family reunion shirts instead of ours. We ordered our shirts two weeks in advance and were told they would be done on a certain date. My husband called two days later than the date they were supposed to be done, to confirm that he would be driving down to pick them up, since we live 45mins away. They assured us they would be done. They were not completed when my husband arrived and was told they would not be printed until that night. On the way home he decided to call and talk to the person who had told him they would be done. He of course was not availabe and so he asked to talk to the manager, to make sure they would be printed by the next day. The girl put him on hold and then the call was dropped. He called back and asked for the manager and they told him he was busy. He told them he had just called and he was put on hold again. The original girl got on the phone and said the manager couldn't guarantee anything. ""He might die of a heart attack tonight, so he can't guarantee anything"" What does that mean???!!!. The shirts are supposed to be done tomorrow, so I will keep you posted, and maybe they will get a better review. My husband thinks they will not be good, because of this review and the e-mail I sent them. I guess if the t-shirts are crappy because they want to get back at us I will let you know. I will also let you know if they redeem themselves by doing a good job. Maybe I am over-reacting, but this is not the first t-shirt company to treat us like our money is Pennies to their business.

What more could I ask for!

There was not one thing that I was not happy with this company. They exceeded my expectations at every turn! The designer that they have on staff was affordable and very talented. My reunion t-shirts were a last minute order and Image Wear made them look like I slaved over them for months. Image Wear was extremely afforable, fast and helpful. The t-shirts were a success. What more could I ask for!
