CAROLYN IS REALLY THE BEST. I have been trying to get rid of my acne scars for 10 years! I have tried everything! I have seen several dermatologists. I have spent thousands of dollars on laser treatments (one of them was $4,000 alone), injections, chemical peels, dermabrasion, a prescription retinol cream that was $1,000. Nothing was giving me the results I was hoping for. I finally found an Esthetitian that I heard was so amazing and offered microneedling and I was so excited to try it...6 sessions of microneedling later...hardly a difference, if any. I was ready to just give up hope and then I saw some of Carolyn's before/after photos of acne scarring on her website. I thought, I'll give her a try but probably just going to waste more money. Not the case. SO happy I gave her a chance! I have only done 3 microneedling sessions with her so far and can already tell a HUGE difference in my skin!! We aren't even completely finished with my treatments and I am already so happy with my results!! Trust me all microneedling is NOT created equal. The first place I went to is very nice and uses the same quality micropen that Carolyn uses and they DID NOT do even half as good of a job as her! I could even tell during her first treatment that she was being far more thorough than the other place had been. I won't let my family or friends go to anyone else! She is amazing! I am so happy I found Carolyn! I just wish it had been way sooner and that I didn't waste my money going anywhere else!!

This group of pediatricians are 50-50 they are either great or terrible. I'd recommend Mike Gibson or Ruth Caldwell, they are amazing and are sensitive to time and actually look for solutions for you and your children Aaron Mccoy is the exact opposite. As well as most of the other doctors, they make you feel stupid for asking questions and contradict the other doctors opinions. Most of the time with Dr Mccoy we've had to wait for hours to be seen when we were the only people there. It made us late for another appointment as well as a movie on 2 separate occasions. If you go here avoid Mccoy.
Had a great experience at this office, everyone was very helpful and informative. Both my sister and I have gone here and we're very happy to continue to do so. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an eye doctor.
Hi Nancy, We are sorry that you had a bad experience, Nose pads are difficult to fix considering the weight of the glasses itself and where they sit for a long period of time will more than likely leave a mark where the nose pads rest. Adjusting the pieces to another spot will also leave a mark similar to the first ones. Please come in and we will be more than happy to work with you.
Craig retired and with him, so did the customer service. I've had to argue with the girl who now fits glasses. She tried to tell me that she couldn't adjust my glasses to prevent the huge red dents on the bridge of my nose. That, in fact, these glasses fit that way. After insisting, she begrudgingly adjusted the nose pads. Now, they aren't painful. She also didn't clean my lenses after she put her fingerprints all over them. This is the second time I've had to insist she adjust my glasses. Oh, I wish Craig were still there.Still going to Dr. Lewis, but taking my optical business to Costco.
I've been going here for years, and have always felt taken care of. Any questions I have are always addressed, and Craig makes picking out new glasses pretty fun. The staff are friendly and Dr. Monson is through. I would really recommend this office to anyone looking for a new eye doctor.
