Well, we went there on November 27th and ordered a set of bunkbeds for our girls. The lady at the desk was very nice and informative, and I don't blame her for this mix up. Whoever is in charge needs to do a better job at making sure the customers are told the correct information, and ensure they get some phone calls to update them on their order. She said the bunk beds would be in within a week or a week and half TOPS. I waited like 2 weeks (because I didn't want to be a hound)...and I called them since I got NO call. It still wasn't there and they weren't sure when it was coming, so they gave me a date that wasn't true. I never received 1 single call from them. I had to call, and call, and call. They kept giving me dates and they weren't coming in. I called this morning, and thank GOD they were in. (God knew I was about to lose my cool) I FINALLY got them today, December 23rd...almost a month later. Absolutely ridiculous service, or lack of. On a brighter note, I am pleased with my furniture ...it is good quality.

My boyfriend bought a bed, dresser, and futon from Nat's in October. They delivered the wrong futon mattress without the frame and said that the frame was out of stock. We just got the frame in MARCH! It took them another 3 weeks to deliver the right size mattress but instead of the 10 inch one we paid for, this new one is only 8 inches thick. In the past 5 and half months, we've been calling them and every time they would give us a different answer: ""oh it's in already"", ""actually it's not"", ""it's out of stock"", ""it's sitting in the back room"". There were many times when they had promised to call on a certain day to update us on the status of the futon but did not call at all. So after almost half a year without our futon and realizing that the one they finally sent is cheaper than the one we paid for, we were sick and tired of even going back to ask for a refund for the difference in price because we don't want to waste anymore time than we have dealing with them.

BEFORE I WAS EVEN IN THE DOOR I WAS GREETED BY NOT ONE BUT 2 EMPLOYEES WILLING TO HELP ME FIND WHAT I NEEDED TO FIND.
THE BEST PART WAS I DID NOT GET THAT ""PRESSURE BUY BUY BUY FEELING"" WHICH I ABSOLUTELY DESPISE!!
ALL MY QUESTIONS WERE ANSWERED. I SAW WHAT I WANTED FOR A PRETTY GOOD PRICE.
THE QUALITY OF THE FURNITURE IS HANDS DOWN TOP NOTCH. I HAVE HAD MY RECLINER FOR A LITTLE OVER A YEAR NOW AND STILL HAVE NO COMPLAINTS.
THE BEST PART IS WHEN I CAME BACK TO PURCHASE A LOVE SEAT I WAS GREATED ONCE AGAIN AND THE EMPLOYEE FROM THE YEAR BEFORE REMEMBERED MY NAME!!!!

I went into this place thinking im going to get a good bargain and since it's local even better..... i was having an event and needed my new dining room table and was promised delievery for a tuesday but that didn't end up happening i wen down there and they were giving me the run around and i was very upset and they promised me first thing monday which wasn't going to do anything for the situation thinking i was gonna get it monday i was disappointed and i have many doubts about this place
