City Towing

Had a great experience after a very bad accident I had no idea where to begin , the woman who answered the phone was so helpful and spent the time trying to answer all my crazy questions she went completly out of her for way for me. Once it was time to go down to the location to make arrangements for my vehicle to be towed out the gentleman there was great . I will call them of i ever need any towing assistance on the future

This place is extremely sketchy. My car got towed by this company because it was illegally parked (it wasn't). Fortunately I didn't have anywhere to be until later the next day so having my car towed wasn't more of an inconvenience than just having to drop 140 dollars I wasn't planning on, but the experience I've had is not good. They're cash only so be aware of that. There was no paperwork of any kind given to me, nothing I had to sign, I provided no proof of ID, and they let me go right in and get my car once I handed them the cash.

I went by the ATM in the store across the street and I pulled out 140 dollars to pay the dude to get my car back. I got over to the gate, and apparently I only had 120 dollars. I'm relatively certain he swiped 20 inconspicuously and made it look like I had the wrong change. In any case I didn't want a scene or to falsely accuse him of anything so I just walked back across the street and pulled out 20 more.

I handed him the money and I walked in and got my car (Hence the 5 star promptness Rating). It was basically that simple. My problem is the lack of paperwork, required proof of registration, or no ID was necessary. It's entirely possible that because of how I handled my missing car the day prior that it wasn't necessary. Originally I filed a stolen vehicle report with the police who later called me back to inform me that my car was towed.

All in all, this place feels super off. If you can avoid this place, I behoove you search elsewhere for a more reputable towing company at all costs.

After getting towed with a parking ban. I arrived there to find my rear bumper almost off. Terrible customer service! Do not use their services!

Horrible service I paid 95 dollars to have my car towed after explaining to the driver before towing that my driveway is steep and it will not be easy and made sure he understood he still managed to come unprepared and left my car in the street with no discount or refund and said I'm on my own and there's nothing he can do
