We used to bring our pets here but their service has just become horrible. I called during business hours and when my pup got a cut (was not actively bleeding but needed a couple of stitches) they referred me to an emergency room which would have been extremely expensive.
When I brought them in for annual vaccines you’re required to stay in your vehicle (mask mandate has been lifted).
Just very unfriendly and don’t seem to be patient care centered anymore.
