Overall
Biker Freindly Leather Shop

I've been riding for nearly 30 years. Over the years I've had alot of leather work done at many different shops. Most of the work has been ok, good enough not great. Then a riding Brother told me about Prior Lake Shoe Repair & gave me a sample of a leather cream that he get's from there. After trying it, I called every shoe/leather repair on the Northside of the city's trying to find someone closer to buy more. Not only did no one else have it, only one place had ever heard of it & he commented that "That's good stuff". Turns out if I wanted to buy some, I was going to be riding to Prior Lake to get it. So I ride down there to pick up a couple tubs. The first time through the door, Kenny (The Owner) didn't know me from Adam. I asked him for some Skidmore's Leather Cream. We talked for a few minutes & I mentioned I had several seams & a few zipper pulls on my jacket that needed some attention. Kenny asked me if I had it with. I went out to my bike, brought it in, Kenny put aside everything else to repair my jacket right then & there so I could have it for my ride home. To give you some idea of the quality of work he does. Three seams needed stitching. He didn't just sew up the split seam. He literally opened the seam up more until he was satisfied that the remaining stitches were strong & in good shape, Then he sewed up the seam! I can honestly say that I have never met a leatherman with more passion for the craft! He will sew "In memory" patches on free of charge. He will custom make new chaps for you but says he likes working with the older, more expirienced leather the most. I couldn't be happier with the quality of his work AND at a fair price! Hard combination to come by! Check him out, O' & he does shoe & boot repair too
