The owner is very friendly. He was prompt about allowing me into the lot to get my eye glasses out of my car after I totaled it. He also took care of my vehicle for me, for a small fee. Would certainly recommend this company!

Used service to tow car from our own parking lot after an accident that was not my wife's fault to their lot- because they refused to take it to the shop stating it was "out of the tow zone" and my wife would need to return and pay for it while my wife was taken to the hospital in a cop car to see her mother. My wife drives the car but is not the owner, and even with a release form from the Sheriff's office to get her things from it before having it towed to a new location at the expense of the insurance company, they refused her, stating only the owner could obtain the items out of the car- and the owner was out of state. Nothing but a headache and complications. Very unhelpful during an extremely stressful time. Choose someone else. Next time we absolutely will.
Bad customer service! Left without waiting on my boys to get back down there. There was road construction all around the green Valley grants. Had to know they were caught up. Just left. No call. Nothing. We called back was told it would be tomorrow.
At around 1:30 AM 6/25/14, I was stranded on Interstate 77 due to the radiator on my Truck having leaked due to a crack. To make matters worse, I was pulling a 6x12 trailer. The traffic was terrible. Tractor trailers were cruising by at high rates of speed just a few feet away; as there was very little shoulder to move over on @ mile marker 8 in WV. I called Allstate who is my Roadside Assistance Provider. An hour and a half past and no one showed up. I again spoke with Allstate. Shortly thereafter a local service provider called me only to make every excuse as to why he couldn't provide me with assistance. There was little concern for my safety evidenced by the unwillingness of the service provider to meet my needs and of who was more interested trying to exploit me for more money because of hauling a trailer. Once again I called Allstate. They took matters in hand and finally went above and beyond to see that my needs were met. They contacted Mr. Cook who is a AAA provider. He quickly took the job @ 3:30 AM and contacted me right away to get an assessment of my situation. I told him of my ruptured radiator and that I would need water in order to drive the truck off the highway. I told him of the trailer that I was pulling a trailer and that it would be best if it were towed so as not to keep the load on the truck. Within one half of an hour Mr. Cook arrived. Within 15 minutes Mr. Cook had me out of harms way and took me to Advance Auto Parts to secure a new radiator. Mr. Cook will adapt, improvise and over come to get YOU out of harms way and to see that your needs are met; all the while treating you as if you are a member of his own family. Thanks Again Mr. Cook.D. Dorman Hastings, MI
Mr. Cook was very nice and his tow truck is in excellent and clean condition which showed pride in his profession. He took the time and was very professional during the performance of the job. I would recommend him to any of my family and friends in need of a tow or lockout.
On the 25th, I ran over a large tire that had obviously fallen off a truck . It was wedged under my car and the car was stuck in the passing lane of 460. AAA was called and a tow truck was sent to the scene. Daryl Cook, the owner of Mountain State Towing, showed up and got my car loaded quickly and efficiently. Daryl was very professional, friendly and confident in his job. I would certainly recommend this business to anyone that need a tow!
