This Rite-Aid is by far the worst business I've ever been to: Phar. Pam is always in a bad mood, never friendly, actually rude and unhelpful. Overheard her talking about customer and her med - bad. The other staff is too busy talking amout each other to helf anyone. Just terrible service and atmosphere in this store. A lot of people in the area are familiar with the 'attitude' of this store and avoid it. It's terrible that a business has to run this way.
Always helpful and always willing to participate in the care of the patient. Answers questions.
I am disgusted with the service I received tonight. I have been a loyal customer to Four Seasons Pharmacy since they first built the place, and we have spent thousands of dollars there every year. I have never had customer service so terrible that I am currently switching all of my family's prescriptions to Walgreens, where the employees will actually care about the customer and give them the best price. I want to support a local business, but when they take complete advantage of trusting customers, that is un-American and unacceptable. The fact that one woman has cost your business a family and relatives, soon friends also, to leave and stop supporting you is a shame. Until this business starts being ethical and treating customers like you actually care about them, and not just their money, you have lost our business and many others. I will not support your business anymore and I will spread the word to rest of our community.
