        Overall

        Grand Opening took 1 hour (at 11:15 a.m.) after standing in line. There were about 10 people ahead of me in line. Have never seen anything this SLOW. People were standing in the parking lot, the line was so long. Had ONE person cutting the meat. Cashier charged me $9.50 for a special that was supposed to be $7.99. When I questioned it, she gave me a big yellow cup. When I looked at the receipt when I got home, she charged me for a chopped beef plate. I had pulled pork. They advertised a drawing for a $500.00 gift card, but you have to be present to win. Are you kidding me? Do they really expect people to spend an hour trying to eat lunch? I will not go back. With service like this, don't know how they have stayed in business this long.
