My folks have gone here a few times and the lady that works here seems really nice but there is a man who works here who is more than rude and unprofessional. My mom was late and he scolded her and on top of it her dog was scraped and bleeding from his cut on the belly. I don't recommend this place. She is taking her dog elsewhere after these. The photos are of wounds from a week or so ago. I am writing this review after hearing about what happened.
I've always been very pleased with Hayes K-9 Grooming in Princeton. My Wheaten Terrier is always so excited when we enter the door! She goes in looking like a rag doll and comes out looking like a princess - and smells a lot better too! Roxy and Bill are a great team and care for their 4-legged clients as if they were their own. I have been a client there for four years and couldn't be happier with their service. The prices are fair as well.
Hello to everyone. There was a review writen back on 03/2011, Stating that Hayes k 9 grooming had abused one of there customers pets, during a groom. Well to start lcf with that whoever accused them ether thought they saw something looking like abuse. but I would lime to add that if anyone who has ever tried to groom a pet should know that they can become very excited and start to jump bite. Bark and cry to get there way. Well persay if you were clipping them with a clipper amd then the dog started to misbehave. Jumping up and down barking and also bitting the geoomer. It all haplens quickly. So what you witnessed surely was a over excited dog. Not a violent pet groomer. Next time have pics as a witness to back up any accusations. Befor insulting a persons reputation with distorted facts. As many things may look like something that there not.. It's easy to accuse lets be totaly positive befor trying to wreck a persons reputation. To all pet owners ask your groomer for reference's , see how happy there customers are with there pet groom was. Ya all take care now Jr..

I was a frequent customer at Hayes k-9 Grooming, my experience was great at first but then once i had gotten comfortable and brought my dog back there a few more times i noticed that my dog would cower and was very fearful just walking into the door i thought nothing of it the first time but then it worried me once i would get out her brush she started growling and nipping what hayes grooming did not know is on one occasions i witnessed her being very aggressive with a dog whom was not mine i seen her smack the small dog in the mouth/nose with a clipper she was grabbing it very roughly and looked as if she was pulling its hair to get its attention. Please people I am only writing this because i do not want this to happen to any other dogs please chose someone that takes pride in there business and treats peoples animals as if they were there own. Do not allow this to happen to your dogs!!!
