Somerset Regional Animal Hospital

Took my male cat in for a urinary blockage. Unblock was a success but was sent home with incorrect meds. Called hospital next am to say my cat still was in discomfort. Receptionist put me on hold twice and came back with info that I had already told her. Finally put tech Janice on phone who told me I wasn’t qualified to judge how my animal was feeling and the prednisone would act as a pain med. I went to Savannah Pet hospital in Lewes DE. They retreated him and will send him home on appropriate meds. Janice’s unprofessional behavior is a detriment to this practice.

I took my 15 year old shepard/Anita here when she got sick. They had her 3 days and tried to get her better. Through no fault of theirs I chose to put her down. I would have been selfish to keep her as much pain as she was in. The staff were wonderful and caring. They made arrangements for the cremation, worked out a discount and worked with me on payments. And when I took my daughters dog in they were so gentle with her and again, cut a portion from the bill. I totally trust them for future care and know they will be fair on the bill.

My first and last visit with this place. Found office staff completely unprofessional. They like to gossip about their customers

Brought litter of pups in. Nice techs and vet. Admin doubled the quoted price. 85 for putting a stethoscope to a couple pups. Not a hunters vet clinic
