We ordered carpet, laminent flooring, sheet vinyl and fireplace tile and stone In Aug with installation scheduled for mid Sept. Tomorrow is Nov 1 and the job is still not completed. On two occasions we were called the morning of the install and told the product was on back order. Why would they not know this earlier????? We now have everything but the fireplace done. The carpet and laminent installers did a good job but the sheet vinyl bubbled in multiple places and we had to have the installer come back. His solution was to cut slits in the bubbles and one slit is at least 6 inches long. We now have new flooring with multi cuts It! Communication with the store after the initial sale has been horrible to the point the owner called us to apologize. We were told the fireplace stone was backordered until mid Nov and they would look to find a possible substitute, if they did they never bothered to let us know, I doubt they even tried. the owner promised to stop by during one install and discuss ways to make the in convince up to him and never did. I am writing this as I wait for him to call me back. He called 36 hours ago and left a message for us to call regarding scheduling the remaining work, we have now left 3 voice messages for him and he has not called. Wish I had read the other review before buying from this company. Think twice before you buy and read the reviews on other sites.

Made a bad choice with B&L Flooring in Prescott, AZ. First: Customer Service was TERRIBLE! Also, installer could never be found after many calls. Finnally, an installer was recommended and "Pete" did the WORST job with the sub floor and put seams in the worst places! Then charged me $1800. Told me to call if any issues...NEVER RETURNED MY CALLS! Owner, Adam Chapman, stated he would get me a $250 check to set things right...NEVER CALLED BACK EVEN THOUGH I CALLED AND LEFT MANY MESSAGES! He also ownes "CRAZY NATES" Flooring in Prescott Valley so NOT recommended either!
