        Staff is unfriendly and unhelp...

        Staff is unfriendly and unhelpful. They talked down to me and sounded as if they thought they were smarter than everyone who walked in the store. Didn't treat me like a customer. Asked them to put on a screen protector and the associate made it extremely clear with his eyes and grunts that he wasn't willing to assist me. Then when i purchased the screen protector and brought them home and found out that i had to cut them to make them fit, i immediately called the store to tell them i would be returning for a refund and they refused to refund me my $$ citing that screen protectors are non refundable. Horrible experience. I'll drive the extra miles to go to a real Verizon store.
