I brought my printer in for repair towards closing time. Kevin was very sweet, fixed it and I wasn't charged for the repair because I have been a customer. If you buy toner or cartridges from them, they will fix your printer for free! The service was great--even at the end of the day.

Do not do business there. First off I am not very technical. I had a problem with my printers ink. I gave their staff the information. They gave me the ink and stated this should work. I asked them If I could return the ink if it did not work and they told me I could. Long story short, I tried the ink it did not work. I brought in my printer to be ckd out. Later I called and they told me something else was wrong with my printer. I then asked if I could have my money credited or back on the ink. The owner then came on and began to belittle me. Even after I told him his staff stated I could have my money back on the ink if it did not work...he told me I could not. He said once I tired the ink I could not return it. I told him that is not what his staff told me. He said things like do you think Staples would give you your money back. I should of charged you for looking at your copier, I should charge you for talking to you. He then told me he did not care if I ever did business with him again, he has been here in business for 22 years. I did not want his staff to make the same mistake with another customer so i asked him if he would at least train his staff on the return policy. Before I could finish that request he hung up on me. So you decide. Any body who knows me knows Im an easy going person. Even if he did not want to return my money, he had no right to treat me that way. SO I vote negative stars for this business. Same owner in Prescott Valley as well.
