We wanted to add a bedroom suite [425 sq. ft.] to our home. After interviewing several contractors, we decided on Branson & Branson. They were not the cheapest, but my wife and I felt really comfortable with him. This feeling continued through out the construction process. Each of his sub-contractors were very good and on time. The completed project not only met our expectations, but exceeded them.I would recommend Branson & Branson for all your construction needs.In addition to the bedroom suite addition, we had them fabricate and install a custom fireplace mantle, which again was also perfect.

We have worked with Joe Branson on 3 separate occasions to make our north Prescott house our retirement home. We moved to Prescott 4 years ago and knew that we wanted to make changes to the house that we purchased to make it a more comfortable home. Our immediate need was for Joe to install solar window screens and to make some changes to interior doors. We were satisfied with his work and planned to have him coordinate a more significant project the next year. We removed carpeting and installed tile floors throughout most of the house in this 2nd project. At the same time we remodeled all 3 bathrooms and had ceiling stereo speakers installed throughout the house. This significantly improved the home’s interior and we are very satisfied with the work that Joe and his subcontractors performed.Our most recent (and the most significant) project that Joe managed for us was to design and build our outdoor kitchen. This project included: plumbing, electrical and natural gas hookups to the outdoor kitchen; installation of kitchen appliances (sink, hot water heater, gas BBQ and side burner, refrigerator and storage cabinets and drawers) and additional stereo speakers; installation of a granite kitchen workspace and bar top; and extension of the patio roof to cover the kitchen. In addition, we also had Joe coordinate significant landscaping upgrades. This project involved a large number of subcontractors – so project management was key to completion of the project in a timely fashion. We are very proud of the improvements to our home and would recommend Joe Branson for any home improvement project. We felt that his project cost estimates were fair and he was able to manage our project change requests as the projects moved forward. We would definitely continue to contract with Joe for future projects.

We had several remodel projects done by Branson Custom Homes. The workmanship is excellent. Our projects were done in a timely manner and Joe kept us informed as to all arrival dates. Each time workers were in the house they worked carefully and did a fantastic job of cleaning.
