What a five star ***** company! We recently took our three rugs (5x8, 2 1/2x6 and 2x3) in for cleaning. They had been stored in the garage for several years and we decided to use them again. They turned out beautiful, including the one that was "wrinkled" due to getting wet. We received the estimate and were able to choose exactly what we wanted done, i.e., clean, soil protectant, deodorize, moth treatment, padding, repair, etc.
We also agreed to something in their descriptions called blocking. After accepting the estimate we received an email from Ruth telling us we did not need that service, that it was "boilerplate" info for some who do. It cut our estimate down considerably.
The honesty and integrity of that statement sold us!!!
We picked up our rugs and they are beautiful; as pretty as the day we bought them. Thank you so much Arizona Oriental and Specialty Rug Care!! It was a pleasure doing business with you.
