I was more then happy with the care received from Dr nelsons office! I was having terrible lower back pain as well as neck/shouldar pain when I went in . It was interrupting my daily life and I had a hard time chasing my kids around and playing with them . I'm happy to say that after the first visit the pain started to improve . After the second visit it was nearly gone . All of the staff is very trustworthy and knowledgeable . They not only adjust you but offer physical therapy and massages all of which I give 5 stars ! The office is clean and in a laid back environment . I'm so happy I found them they've not only helped my pain but my kids are much happier having their mommy chase them around .
