Tiffany Hill was awesome at accommodating my needs. I think the whole process of purchasing and logistics took a total of 10 minutes. Tiffany's inviting personality kept the shopping experience educational and delightfully pleasant. The prices of their mattresses were very reasonable and the name brands they carry are the leading sellers. I would recommend this store to all who need a quality nights sleep.
Do not! Under any circumstances, do not go here! This has to be the most incompetent chain representative of 'anything' we've ever bumped into... History - went to buy a mattress a few months ago but the trans went out on the car so the 'mattress' was put on hold. Sales person said "No problem, keep the paperwork, come back and we'll give you the same deal!" Wow! Sounded fabulous.Last Sunday (12-14) went back, new or different sales person (won't name names), wife gave 'em the paperwork, good to go. Got next day delivery... we said:(1) do not come before 2:30, earliest one of us can get out of work...(2) take down this phone number and call us (routine for them) before you deliver. So I rush home from work 'early' (which means "lost wages") to be there at 2:25 - voice mail... "garbled, garbled, garbled...mattress, garbled...", then a 2nd VM, "Hi I'm the manager at Mattress Firm, our truck tried to deliver at noon time, waited, can't wait any longer... well, give us a call... bye" (NOTE the lack of a contact number?) When there is this kind of issue "coms" is essential and so is a phone number. So I lost three hours of pay and we had no bed and we had to put all that bedding back on, move the furniture that we'd moved to give access to the bed/bedroom area, so forth.Called, "oh wow, well, these things happen... I see we had the wrong number, my mistake, and I didn't put the time restriction on your order, my mistake.. oh golly, well..." We were not sure if we trusted them to get it right a second time but like "Charlie Brown" trying to kick the football that Lucy is holding, we gave it another shot. Delivery 'after 2:30' on Friday the 19th... call first. Leave work 3 hours early, go home... whew! NO voice mail, cool... around 3PM, 'ring ring'... "Hi, we are out front (well so much for calling before but, hey, I'm home), we got your bed..." Let them in, we'd opened up access, blah, blah... bring in the box springs... delivery guys (WHO are not at fault at all and have to drive to and from Phoenix, ugh!) look at our current bed, "Ahhh, that's a Cal King... right?" Yup, we've had that size for twenty years... "Oh," he says, "Ahh, we got a regular king..."... Wow... twice the sales people, the admin people royally messed up. Bed went back on the truck, it was not their fault and I "made sure" they knew "I" knew that... hard working stiffs given the wrong stuff by the 'sales folks.'Call the store... Matt, the manager is blase about it, oh, gee we're sorry, don't know what happened... (no, I didn't want him to slit his wrists but he'd cost me six hours of wages and two tear downs of the current bed and surrounding area)... I tell him, "what happened is some incompetent individual resides in your store or order taking department and "I" am out my wages and all this time and we have no bed!" Again, an almost yawn... "Yeah, I'm trying to figure out what happened.."Now our CC amount is tied up for ten to twelve days... we have no new bed and old Matt is "trying to figure out what happened..." The attitude was nonchalant and only minimally apologetic. Like, well, 'we tried, tough luck'... Do not waste your time with this store... management or sales or some combination of both is completely indifferent to their job performance and outcome. Find another place even if you have to travel, this place is not worth the aggravation.
