My husband wanted to take me somewhere nice for an anniversary lunch because he works graveyard and could not take me to dinner. He took me to Olive Garden and from the start we were treated as though we did not matter. When trying to seat us in a small booth that my husband barely fit in due to his height, we asked for another place to sit and were answered with a rapid no. We were brought a wrong drink and they said that is just how it is and insisted on bringing us a coke 4 times. I finally had to say I DO NOT DRINK SODA SO JUST BRING ME WATER PLEASE. Then the salad had no dressing and they would not bring us a side... how cheap! We spoke with a manager who just wanted to move us to a quieter area with a different server. I do not think that anyone should go to a place to pay for food to get crappy service like this! When I cried due to the rude service I recieved, the manager put our food in a to go to take home, seeing how hurt I was. Thanks to this manager I may try again, but you can bet if I get that hostess or waitress I will throw a fit!!!! Good luck, I hope it was just a bad day and they do not treat everyone like this.

Went there on a recommendation. This is the best Italian restaurant in town. Don't let the outside fool you - it's cozy Italian inside including the music. Bring you own wine. Friendly family place with excellent! entrees including specialties. Starts with warm bread on a board and a dressed salad in a help-yourself chilled bowl accompanies chilled salad plates delivered to your table. Excellent caring service. Another plus, it's a 2-minute ride away from all the noise of Whiskey Row-just watch for their road signage, easy to miss because of the L-shape of the building. We will definitely go back there.
I am an OG fanatic! When Prescott finally got one I was in breadstick heaven!!! Brian, the manager, runs the place beautifully. If there is a problem (and there rarely is) he will fix it. Customer satisfaction is his highest priority, and we love that. The lasagna is to die for and the endless soup and salad is a great deal! I could live on their breadsticks.....YUMMMMM!!!!!!!!!!! As an appetizer, you can't go wrong w/the Mozzarella sticks, zucchini and the stuffed mushrooms. Add a salad with their fabulous dressing and it's a great meal. Can't wait to go back!!!
I like the Olive Garden, the food is always good. I like unlimited breadsticks and salad. One thing that I do not like is that when you eat there, its too crowded. I would like a little more of a secluded feel. I don't like being disturbed by other people's family problems or impolite language around me.
My all time favorite restaurant in Prescott area. Lived on the east coast for many years and enjoyed going in to NYC every couple of weeks to eat in Little Italy. This food reminds me of home. Its the real deal. Highly recommend.
this olive garden is wonderful, they have the best staffand the meals are always great , the wine selection is endless , and the soup and breadsticks are a unlimited value , wheter lunch or dinner this cannot be beat
Wonderful hole-in-the-wall restaurant that you'd never find if you weren't looking. Beautiful simple ambiance! Great foot, good service. Don't forget to bring your favorite wine.
Our favorite for Italian food. Great atmosphere and service. My favorites are the Chicken Vodka, Lasagne and Eggplant. Portions are huge so you better have an appetite.
New to Prescott, I found my spot. The hardest part about eating here is being torn between the great food on the menu and the specials they offer. Everything is great.
Rosa's is by far the finest Italian restaurant in AZ. The food and the staff are the best!
