I let these people replace my entire heating/cooling unit 4 years ago with a Bryant system. About 1 year later the compressor had to have a jump starter added to get it to work. Over the 4 years I've complained of poor cooling but they just added some coolant and were done with it. Last month the outside fan went out and I took a picture and showed them a leak outside where the coolant was leaking; 4 trips later they fixed the fan but the leak is still there. 1st they forgot to fix the leak, then they brought the wrong coolant...then they failed to braze the right spot even after I showed them were the leak is. I assumed it was fixed, but when I went out a couple weeks later I see it's still leaking.They were told a over a week ago that it still leaked and James said ok. I've not heard a word since. This should have been fixed on the 2nd trip. The leak has cost me a bundle of cash in poor cooling and time lost waiting on these people to fix the unit. I can NOT recommend this company.
