At first glance, this place appears decent. However, the equipment is unclean, the hours are extremely limited (i.e. open on Sunday for three hours), and the staff is unprofessional and unresponsive. The place is overheated for being a gym as well, but I think that is to accommodate the sedentary and scantily clad staff. In addition, their billing system and record keeping is nonexistent. If they detect a missed or late payment, they will cut the padlock off your locker with no warning. Furthermore, their handicap accommodations are severely inadequate. Several times when the weather has been inclement, I have noticed that they do not salt or attempt to shovel the walkways/ramps/stairs/or handicapped parking spaces. I am not a permanent resident here, but I do visit very often and it would be nice to have a semi decent place to work out at here in Pratt. Sadly, this is the only available option for residents here. I have visited other gyms in other cities where the equipment is always clean and the staff is friendly, professional, and welcoming: a model that Blythe Family Fitness should attempt to follow.
