I normally love to go to this store. they usually do not charge out the wazoo for their items like other resale shops. however today I went in to find xmas sweaters, and found a lot. When I went to pay for them, I was treated like a pariah. They said that each customer was only allowed 2 xmas sweaters per customer and that there was a sign stating such- that I didn't see anywhere. I was also passively accused of buying them to sell. I also had one of the "spend $10 get a punch" cards used when you have 10 punches, you get $10 of free merchandise. I was told that I would not be allowed to use my card today. I have spent over $200 this month alone, and was never told of the 2 per customer and had been allowed to redeem my punches on the same day. I feel that I should be able to spend my money any way I want to and on whatever I want to. This resale is supposed to provide assistance for needy families. Why should my money not be allowed to be used in a way that benefits others? I'm seriously considering taking my money elsewhere. I had gone in there at least 12 times this month. Do you really want to lose a customer? If there was a sign, could you make it more noticable?
