New Direction Psychiatric Services

I have a awesome counselor she has taken every second of her time with me that I needed and then some. From day one I felt like I walked into the right place at the right time. I can say any thing that I need to. And the staff has worked with me from changing my times and just visiting. I love these people thank you so much for being here for me. Terrible follow up. They do not return calls. I stopped trying to get appointments because no one should have to call 3 and 4 times just to talk to a front desk person, let alone a therapist. I sincerely hope that I am the exception and not the rule, but was incredibly unimpressed that a psychiatric service could be this terrible about keeping track of a client.

The staff is friendly and helpful and I love the docs!
