        I went Tuesday for their 1/2 price Butcher Roll. Amazing! They have new chef's too! Really nice people.

        BEST sushi EVER!

        I was lucky enough recently to stumble onto this wonderful place and sample some of the chef's creations. You will not be disappointed!!! They have a wide variety of rolls to choose from - and unique ones as well - "Jakes" is baked scallops, crab, massago, sesame seed, green onion, soft shell crab, smoked salmon and "spot" sauce - is one of their biggest sellers. For non sushi eaters (with sushi this good, I can't imagine why!!) they also have Hibachi grilled beef (NY strip and filet mignon - no less), chicken and shrimp. I was greeted by the owner - Lisa and told that they use only the finest freshest quality ingredients. One taste and you will know. ~~ Becki J, Knoxville, TN
