Oakwood Homes

Went in on Saturday to see two specific new homes, decided on the larger one, our sales agent (Tony) took us to meet the manager (Randy) who worked the numbers and 20 minutes later the price was aggred to and the home is scheduled to be delivered and ready to occupy by the end of the month. Assuming it happens as planned, what more could anyone ask for?

Be sure to get EVERY detail in writing before signing ANYTHING! Once they get their money, they could care less when they get around to completing the project. The Sales Manager will try to weasel out of anything not spelled out on paper.

Well the homes look nice but when you are trying to get a new home with some what bad credit they will pushing you back an foth saying you been approved but with a very large down payment ( mine was 25,000 ) for a 44,000 home they ran my credit so many times now I have very poor credit so now I can't do anything till my credit some how goes back up. We wanted a 5 bed room they said we was approved but a few days later I got a letter in mail saying we got denied so then they was trying to get use in a 4 bed room said same thing. I like the company but you can not tell someone they are approved when they was not so I don't like the way they are doing
