Heritage Pools

I contracted this company in April 07 to begin my building in May 07. The pool was not finished until the later half of July. I had ordered a slide to be installed at the time of construction and it did not come out until OCTOBER!! They did not close my pool until JANUARY...due to the fact they did not coordinate ordering a pool cover until December..all this time they were charging me a $70 weekly maintenence fee!! They did not properly maintain my swimming pool..in fact glue from the construction process still remains on my tiles..this should have been taken care of when I am being charged anywhere from $280-350 a month for pool maintenence!! To make matters worse they improperly winterized my swimming pool causing extensive damage. I have had a huge leak due to this and they have not fixed the problem in over two months now. I also have huge surface cracking on the bottom of my pool. I payed nearly $70,000 for my pool that is only a year old to have these problems. They fail to return my calls on these issues and show up unannounced at my residence to inspect these issues...yet still no repairs. I do not reccommend this company to anyone...they are NOT a member of the Better Business Bureau..and have had one complaint other than mine reported. I hope this report saves someone the time and grief that I have experienced.
