        Overall

        I came to Sarah not needing to lose weight, but to gain strength and flexibility. Her broad knowledge on exercise and the body has helped me achieve my goals over the past few months. Sarah's motivating and friendly personality makes working out a part of my day that I look forward to. I have always been the kind of person to visit the gym several times a year, but never had enough drive to stick to it. Now, I couldn't image myself without 3 times a week in Sarah's studio. Thanks to Sarah, I have become more toned, flexible, and gained more strength than I've ever had!
