We moved into one of their properties thinking they were honest people. Turns out, they like to collect money, but do nothing to keep up with the property at all. They claimed to have painted before we moved in, but all they did was cover up some spots. The pantry and cabinets were covered in crumbs and bug larvae when we moved in. We did notify them, they played dumb. We vacuumed out the pantry and cabinets ourselves and wiped it all down. Over a year ago, plumbers were here to look at the toilets cause they don't work right, the plumbers said in front of me to the landlord to replace the toilets because they are "from the 80's" according to the landlord. Instead, he decided to call his wife and say what a hassle that would be, and instead decided to violate our privacy as tenants and come in every other day, several times a day to pour chemicals in the toilets. One day, after nine hours of him being in my house playing with the toilets, my landlord said to my face "as far as the toilets are concerned, sometimes they work, sometimes they don't". That is an acceptable answer? They sent us a letter implying as if WE just are vain and want new toilets. They completely ignore the fact that they are responsible to provide working toilets. When the toilet seat broke cause it was old, we bought a new one, only for them to get mad about it!! I pay them money on time, I expect things to work. I pay bills on time and keep the house clean. Now, they are retaliating against us and not renewing our lease. It is hard for my family to find a home big enough, in our budget because we have 4 kids. We keep trying to reach out to the landlords, Tom and Becky, but they ignore us. There is so much more, but this is long enough. Steer clear of them and their properties, they only care about getting money, but doing nothing for it, then get mad if you say anything. They ignored calls, texts and emails for months, but were super quick to text because we withheld May's rent a few days.

Terrible place to live. They don't keep up on maintence. When I moved in all the windows seals were broken. It took them two months to fix and they only fixed it because I threatened to put my rent money in escrow with the county.
