        Overall

        I bought a set of Continental tires two weeks ago from Francis. They have flat spots and dry rot. One actually went flat after sitting parked for 5 days. What a thing to come back to after vacation. Francis will not stand by what he sells. His craigslist ad claimed 75% tread life and I should have been more observant and brought a tread depth gauge. They're more like 35%. He will not stand by his tires. You have been warned.
