BUYER BEWARE! Sneaky Free Trial Scam! - Mitchell 1 contacted us about their FREE trial offer. The software was about $350 a month and we felt we could purchase a new service manual every month at that price. THEY SAID "please try it...we would like it!" We gave them a chance, had to give them credit card to hold because they couldn't give us the free trial unless they had a CC on file, they were sure we would want it. We didn't like it, so we quit using it after the trial, one of the guys I think tried to use it one more time but couldn't find what he wanted. We didn't think much more about it until my wife saw the CC transactions coming out, they billed us over a $1,000 worth of usage even though we weren't using it. We told them to cancel it and they told us we were in a one year contract. They had us sign a free trial agreement, but they didn't say it was going to automatically roll over into a charge without letting us know. Mitchell 1, aka, "Mitchell Repair Information Company" is a Snap-On Tools company, I purchased Snap-On Tools my whole life and am still buying them, I didn't think I had anything to worry about from them but unfortunately, GREED gets the best of us all.P.S. Search BBB for "Mitchell Repair Information Company"...numerous complains, all similar to our experience. Wish we did that first!

Never buy a car from this dealer!Worst warranty/service. I Purchased a Tacoma 4x4 that passed your "140 point" inspection a couple of weeks ago, didn't think to check if the windows worked since this normally works on all cars. Got home, realized there was an issue and called you right away. Long story short it took 2 solid weeks and three calls to your dealership to finally get a call back and have "JR" tell me that it's a used car so it's sold as is and even though it passed YOUR inspection you will not fix it. I guess when you spend $22,000 on a used vehicle you should not assume it will come with working windows. We really liked our salesman Tony, he was great and we had planned on returning next month to purchase a car for my daughter from Tony but this will not happen given the poor service and warranty. PS, we bought the extended warranty and apparently that does not help either. Crazy to think that a gently used car, that passes your advertised inspection, and has an additional warranty does not come with functioning windows.
