Allstate Moving Systems

If I had the option of NO stars, that's what it would be. Because they don't even deserve one star!



I have NEVER used a moving company in all my years of moving. I finally chose to do so because a neighbor is their broker.



We only went 1 exit from my old place to new. I was told they didn't need to wrap the furniture because it was such a short distance. Besides a long list of complaints, they managed to break the glass door on my buffet, ding up my headboard and break off a piece of my desk. The only mentioned about the desk because they couldn't hide that obvious break. I even paid extra insurance with a $250 deductible. They came back to me swearing that Kevin and Santiago noticed the desk was already broken when they took it out of the office. REALLY? Do I look that stupid to you...that I would leave a broken piece sitting next to the desk?



They told me to contact a moving damage repair company who could assess my damages...at a cost of around $125. Are you EFFING kidding me?



I was told my damages would not meet the $250. HA! The glass door alone costs over $180 without installation AND, you would have to match the glass. If not, you replace both!



They didn't even move everything they were suppose to.



All in all, the company chose to believe their movers and say F U to the customer!!!



I have my own business and, am touted with having excellent customer service. They need to be schooled!

AllState Moving Systems was great. I was really impressed with their quality service. I have moved many times and AllState made the move the easiest and quickest of all of them. I have never seen anyone move furniture so quick and efficiently as they did. We lived in a 2-story home with 4 bedrooms, a living room, dining room, family room and a 2 car garage, all loaded with furniture, they moved everything out of our old house and into our new house by early afternoon. They were extremely careful to protect everything and set everything up in our new house where we wanted it and even moved things again because we decided we didn't like it where we first thought things should go. They were very friendly and personable. I would definitely recommend AllState to everyone. If I ever have to move again, I would not want anyone else to move us.
