        Overall

        Office in convenient location, clean, modern, wait time moderate to short. Good to moderately good health care. Responsive to patient requests for physical therapy. Not particularly good staff support. Waits for over two weeks for record transfers to get vitamin b12 shots. Excuses like been too busy to call over for paperwork given.
