DO NOT GO TO THIS QUACK. There are many other professional and reputable dentists in the area. This "dentist" is hot tempered, makes mistakes, will have you coming back often than normal, don't inform you of work until it becomes major to get top dollar out of your pocket or insurance. Not honest and will do whatever it takes to make sure you are WRONG and he is RIGHT! Please do not go here. Need another option that matches your insurance coverage? Go to St. Francis, where they have over five dentists on staff, some who are from NYC, to cater to you professionally and they do the job right and won't waste your time and money. Never have I been so disrespected and YELLED at for 10 mins with my mother who is over 60 years old and 22 month old son watching! Even the assistants voiced their disgust when this so called "dentist" left the room. HIS "practice" needs to be shut down once and for all!

The girls up at the front desk and the tech were lovely, friendly, helpful and personable. Dr. Susu had a terrible bedside manor. He was in a terrible mood and barely introduced himself. As soon as he was done with the cleaning he disappeared. He never explained what he was doing or why. I had the tech bring him back into the room because I had question and he looked at me like I was wasting his time. The worse part was that he worked on my mouth like an old buick even after I told him I have sensitive gums. The people working for him was the only thing that was positive out of the whole experience.
