I went to this Verizon location to have my new phone activated and my information transferred to my new phone. 2 trips, 3 calls to Verizon (and 2 calls to Apple) later and the new phone still wasn't working as it should. I was also told on both visits that they were unable to transfer anything. I don't know if they were not trained in how to do it or simply didn't want to be bothered. To say it was a frustrating experience dealing with this Verizon store and its employees would be a gross understatement. After 4 days and a call to corporate, it was suggested I try a different Verizon store. I went to Royersford and Mike activated the phone and transferred my information with courtesy and professionalism. I would never patronize the Pottstown Verizon location again. The few extra miles to Royersford was well worth the time and effort.
