Went to return a pair of defective boat shoes and was greeted by hostility by who I assume is the store manager. A man with gray hair and gray beard. Refused a refund since they were clearance shoes. Even though they were defective he still declined the refund. I explained that I was not told they were final sale nor was it posted anywhere in the store. Even though they were defective he still declined to refund my money. He was very ignorant and talked down to me. He refused to give me his name when I asked for it. His name tag only had Sperry on it. I assume that was not his name. I called Sperry customer service and they were great. The are sending me a postage label to return the shoes and pick something else out from their website. I will never step foot into that store at the Philadelphia Premium Outlets in Pottstown Pennsylvania ever again. The worst experience I have ever had at a retail store. I voiced my complaint also with Sperry Customer service about the employee at that store.
