Worse customer service ever. Invited 20 plus members of my family to open skate to celebrate my daughters 10th birthday along with some of her classmates. We were talked to very rudely from the moment we got to the front window. We decided to stay and let the children have fun, which they did up until 20 minutes before closing time when we decided to sing Happy Birthday to my daughter and enjoy some cupcakes. I had called over a month ago to see if this was allowed and was told yes as long as it was as we were leaving. There was only one group of 3 in the building along with our party and they were invited to join us. We were screamed at and berated in front of the children. Not very good business practice nor will ANY of my family members being coming back.

I never write reviews but I'm hoping the owners will see this and make much needed improvements. I also feel compelled to warn parents about this place if they've never been here. I took my kids to a weeknight birthday party here for our first visit. It's out in the middle of nowhere, dark, old, dirty, rundown, and most importantly, unsafe for kids. The skates are very old and don't appear to be sprayed with any sanitizer between uses. There is absolutely no supervision on the rundown skating floor with kids running amuck. The practice area for beginners is 5 steps up off of the main floor. I saw many kids fall going up and down these steps. There are sharp corners, hard stones walls and very few railings for beginners to hold onto throughout the entire place. We were given vouchers for pizza or a hot dog and drink. There was only one poor girl trying to make all the food and serve everybody. The pizza was frozen slices that she had to put in a toaster oven and the line for food got really backed up because of this. Come on, can't you guys just provide already baked takeout pizza for the parties! We ended up leaving early because it was just downright one of the worst places I've ever taken my kids to. Beware!
