Diamond Propane

I have to make an amendment to my last comment because Abby at Diamond Propane called me back and rectified the situation. She got a technician to come out that night instead of leaving my family in the cold.
I would make it a five star rating but there is one star removed for the rude receptionist and another for the first technician miscommunicating and creating the issue in the first place.

NO COMPASSION!!
diamond propane refused to come back out to fix the regulators at my house even though their tech told us that the regulators were going to be replaced.
They said it was a miscommunication yet no apology or CONCERN that I was without heat!!!
I have been doing business with them for over 11 years and diamond propane had no concerns whether I had heat or not. I hate to see what they do to customers who miss a payment.
POOR SERVICE AND LACK OF COMPASSION!

On the contrary, we've been doing business with this company for nearly 10 years and have had NOTHING but honesty and prompt service, including reasonable pricings. They have gone out of their way to obtain and install a propane fireplace at one third the price a competitor charged, have backed up their work 100% and even sent a sympathy gift when my wife passed away this year. IMHO, you cannot deal with better people.

They said I didn't call them enough when I called to complain about the ridiculous rate hike. The current rate after calling around is $2.19. These shmucks are trying to get away with $4.09, Almost double stealth fee increase! They didn't care so I fired 'em.
