A glutton for punishment, I went back two years after my first horrible experience thinking things may have changed. Two years ago the manager decided condescension and frustration is the way to handle a novice glasses customer whose new (expensive) sunglasses are blurry. After those two years had passed I returned with renewed hope in American capitalism, or a naive faith in human nature and accountability, and ordered new glasses and sunglasses (after a new exam there) at which point they told me it would be 7-10 days until the new pairs arrived. Naturally, I didn't want to wear glasses ill-fitted for my prescription, so I called after 10 days to inquire as to the status of my order. The new glasses HAD arrived, but not the sunglasses. They never called to tell me. Red flag #2. Okay, I can live with that. TEN MORE days passed and I never heard from them. I just got off the phone with them and the sunglasses have been in for some time. Not wanting to be a jerk, I asked that they verify my phone number, mistakes happen like that. Nope. They've got it, just never bothered to call. Save yourself the headache and find a place where your patronage is valued. I know I will be.
This place is a total joke. I had an appointment for my daughter 1 week in advance. I had already stopped in to give my insurance card and fill out paperwork. I come back for the appointment and then tell me they have to cancel it due to not being able to call insurance to verify because insurance company was closed. Since my daughter needed this appointment to be able to be cleared for basketball, I had to pay out of pocket! They didn't even try to make anything right or apoligize for their mistake. I will definately not be coming back!
