Poor customer service. My insurance company will only pay for the name brand medication and Pharmax had been filling it for several months. When I went to pick it up this month, they just handed me the scripts back saying they couldn't get the medication. Pharmax never called me to inform me of this even though they have my # on file. I waited until the day before I needed it to pick it up because sometimes they have to order it. Now because they didn't call I am without the medication my son desperately needs.
