Specifically, they are providing value-cutting 'desk reviews' without ever inspecting the property; without having a California licensed real estate appraiser sign the reviews that are forwaded to clients and other third parties, and without industry standard appraisal certifications. The founding owner of the firm has not held a valid California Real Estate Appraisers license since August 19,2003. That license "went inactive" after only 20 months!



The services being offered by this company are diected primarily to lenders, though the results have terrible impact on homeowners by inappropriately reduced loan amounts based on non USPAP compliant reviews; and appraisers have their professional reputations damaged, with almost no recourse, since the company does not follow any recognized state appraisal regulations, or standards.
