Have been with Property Management of Idaho for almost two years now. They have always been helpful, and react quickly though I haven't had many problems with the property they provide.
Property Management of Idaho helped to make our dream of living in North Idaho come true. Without their help we would have arrived from California without a place to go to. Now, we live in a beautiful house on an acre of land. Darlene and her staff have always been professional and friendly. I recommend them to anyone looking for a house to rent.
Expect everything with this company to take several weeks. To get approved and to get any help with issues in their properties.Update*: I called at the beginning of august and let d&m know our air conditioner had broke( in the hottest time of the year ) they assured me they would get on it asap since it was so hot out. Week and a half passes, I call in again, this time they let me know they sent a ticket over the maintenance(why wasn't a ticket filed when I originally called) waited again, at two weeks I called back in to see if they could give me any time frame, crystal, the front desk attendant then proceeded to get snooty with me and let me know she had sent over my last call to maintenance. I asked if she had any time frame again, no time frame. Three weeks goes by, I call again and ask for manager. The manager joy, lets me know that the weather is cooling down soon so it's not a priority. And that it takes up to six weeks for venders to have openings to look at the ac. I then let her know that it is in fact a priority since it broke in the middle of summer and it's at least 10 degrees hotter in the house than outside. And that our ac is also our heat so when it cools down we will obviously still need it to work. She said okay I will see what I can do.30 mins later I get call from ac vender that they have openings SAME DAYwhich means these people never even MADE AN ATTEMPT to have it fixed. I should have known when she flat out told me I was not a priority.Go to resort property management, at least they take care of their properties and treat people with respect.
We have been renting from PMI for close to 4 yrs. Darlene has treated us fairly, friendly, and professionally. Her staff has as well. Granted we are excellent renters and have never been late with our rent, that makes a huge difference. I, totally, understand when people are late with their rent one month for reasons that can be out of our control, including emergencies, they are sticklers about that, I've heard. Our biggest issue is the homeowner's inability to pay for anything to fix their home, correctly. The homeowner refuses to budge and it is a shame because we do take great care and treat the home as if it were our own. We've had a few repairs and replacements throughout the years that needed immediate responses and Darlene has been there for us. She has stuck her neck out for us on most things that needed to be done and the owner refused. Unfortunately the first two years were the worst because they had a spotty maintenance man but have since replaced him with a new guy that is fantastic. Our rent has been increased twice since 2013. It has made it challenging for our family, but I remain hopeful that we don't get another increase this summer. I would recommend Darlene and her staff at PMI for your rental needs. We are in need of additional repairs and I will remain hopeful that they are all taken care of it this spring and summer (2017). If you have a property that needs to be maintained by a property management company, I would look to Darlene at PMI. Darlene and her staff have always taken care of our home and found us a good tenant. They always take my calls and help with any questions I may have. If you are looking for a property management team, I highly recommend them. As a homeowner, who wanted to rent a home out, PMIG has been 5 stars all the way.I think bad reviews come from disgruntled tenants and potential bad tenants who they screen out. I am so glad I used PMIG to rent out our home. After 5 years our home is still in great shape.

We were referred to Deanna from two close friends after a terrible experience with another company, Deanna has been our saving grace! She goes above and beyond all our expectations from a property manager. She has been the perfect fit in keeping a balance of both us and our renters happy and content. She does little things that really shows the renters she cares (or that the property owner cares), like spraying for spiders in spring at little to no cost to us. She doesn't just promise to stop in and check on the property, she actually does! She does not just hand out keys to potential renters when the property is vacant as other property managers in North Idaho do. Deanna actually "shows" the house and makes sure everything is locked up when done.Whenever there is a concern brought up by the renter, Deanna always tries to trouble shoot the problem first before asking to call in a contractor. She makes every effort to keep the property owners costs down and she really works for her money. Deanna is a rare find. If you are looking for a property manager, Deanna is the BEST and ONLY one to hire!
They did an excellent job for us. Great to work with and very fair on their charges. So much better than the others in our area. If you need a property management company this is the one to choose.
Is a BIG joke. rude, not friendly, don't fix anything when initial inspection is to be done so do what we do and video tape it all. we took pics and video taped things. they are only out to collect fines. it took about 5 months to get a garage opener and there are things in the house still not fixed from the initial walk through.
