I generally support local businesses rather than chain stores. This store provides excellent services, great staff & shipping options that you can't get at other places. If that isn't enough, it's a family run business and they have a vested interest in customer satisfaction or you won't come back. I'll be back. I left with a big smile on my face.

I am not happy with their service. My boyfriend and I went to notarize 10 documents for an apartment we are trying to get. Our budget is tight, and I wanted to go to my local bank to notarize, but my boyfriend wanted to get the paperwork done, and mailed out next day with money orders to hold the apartment. The lady we talked with told us, that banks are not always free to notarize and they only notarize certain documents. She then charged us 30 dollars to notarize at 3 dollars a page. Then preceeded to tell us that overnight mailing would cost to much and we should do this other one she suggested, so our papers and money orders would get there by Monday. We had gone there on a Friday. We paid her the 7.00 for that. My boyfriend forgot to put the money orders in, so he ran back in to get the envelope. He then bought money orders with her, while I waited in the car. He would not tell me how much these 3 money orders cost him. I found out later that, my bank notarized "any" types of papers for "free." And that standard notarizing in Idaho costs 2 dollars! Transporation can be charged, but people are at work already for crying out loud! Plus, our papers did not arrive to the appartment on Monday! I am very upset with this service. We spend at least 40 dollars we did not have, and were mislead. I will let my friends know not to go there, and check your banks first, and go to the post office, or grocery stores for money orders.
