Where to start, out of the 4 appointments set to get a window installed not a single time did they show up or call to tell me it was not going to happen. When called they explained it never got scheduled... After going in, in person to the store after the fourth appointment set that I had to take off work for I gave explicit instructions that all glass shards and garbage from the install needs to be cleaned up because when they removed the frame work from the old window they left a mess! With glass and garbage everywhere. I had spoken to Neil the manager and the owner came out and was listening to my conversation with Neil. I got home to find glass on my porch, my roof, my gutters and foyer as well as plastic garbage. Their customer service is poor at best. I would never suggest any one to do business with them.
