Very Poor Customer Service! - All it would take is a phone call. The new and improved Rheem system has had to be worked on at least 5 times in 5 years, with the latest being a replacement of the cooling coil (under warranty). No Show to appointments Twice! I took a day off work (no pay) and they didn't show. Yesterday they were to be there at 0830 for 3 hours - 9:00 we call them and they tell us a job had run over from the day before, but he could be there between 12 and 2:00. OK I will take a whole day off again (no pay) so I can get my A/C fixed. At 1:30 I call them and they tell me the technician will be there by 2:00, at 3:00 he pulls in my driveway. Not 1 call was initiated by Philbrick to say they would be late - I could have gone to work and left early had I known they were not coming until 3 PM. To top it all off - my under warranty repair cost me $437 after their "we are very sorry" 10% discount. Never again!

Just would like you to know about the service I received last Monday.

Cameron was very polite, came on time and was very professional. He explained why my dishwasher was clogged up and how he could fix it. He went about his work and completed the job quickly and after he then explained the fix and waited for the dishwasher to run and water to flow through the pipe until he was satisfied that it was successfully completed.

I could have chosen any other company in the area, but I chose to look at reviews and saw that your reviews were good compared to others. I did share that with Cameron and he stated that he was glad because there were only two on the plumbing side. I will make sure I put my positive feedback on the same sites.

In the future if I have any issues, plumbing or other service you provide I will indeed call on Philbrick.
