they screwed my friend out of 700 for a "prep" fee that they never did. Bike showed up in awful condition with MULTIPLE issues and it had been dropped and nobody told him!! They didn't even wipe it down. Apparently they have to send thier metric bikes out because the "crew" lacks a basic knowledge and a 60 dollar metric tool set . Now the manager Chris said he can't do anything except pick the bike back up, where are you going to send it Chris? He doesn't trust you anymore and he has already spent the time and money to correct the mistakes he paid 700 for.. Why are you not returning his calls and trying to bury all of the bad reviews. Shame on you for even being remotely considered a leader. Your not. You CANNOT charge someone 700 for a service that you DID NOT perform. We have the pictures and the evidence!Do not trust Bayside or the Slaughter family, the quality control is non existent and they will take your money and not call back. Shame on all of you.
