tony you really should not give other cab co bad reviews if you have not taken that co. you couldget sued!!!
I have used Safeway several times for the past month and although I have had to wait longer than expected on some occasions, the dispatcher, Ms. Brenda, has had the courtesy to call me back to let me know when the cab was on the way directly. A lot of businesses don't bother today to be concerned about the customers' inconvenience but this worker showed a total different example. Times are hard and people are in a rat race and sometimes very selfish but because of Ms Brenda and a couple of the pleasant drivers, I will continue to use Safeway. (AND of course if the taxi takes too long, I can always call the office and cancel my order for a ride)PEOPLE MAKE THE DIFFERENCE *Thank you,Ms. R. LAWTON
This business is lacking on overall expertise, professionalism and promptness. I called for a cab and after waiting an hour I called the company back and inquired about the unit that was dispatched. I gave the dispatcher the address and asked if someone was on the way. The dispatcher screamed at me and asked "How am I supposed to know? I just got on shift!" She then began yelling at me about just getting on shift and hung up on me. Then when i called back she screamed some more and hung up again. I'm not sure who passed in her cheerios today but she really needs a reality check. This company needs a full restructure especially with the quality of people they choose to employ.
After a massive Uber failure this morning, it was questionable whether I was going to make my flight. The driver, Sam, came through for me and hit me to the airport with 5 minutes to spare. Thank you so much!
I've used this company many times over the years, and I am very satisfied with the service I received. Sometimes when it's busy I do have to wait awhile but they let me know up front of the delay. I will continue to support this company
Safeway has to be the absolute worst cab company ever. Didpatchers, the night ones are rude, ignorant, unprofessional, and just down right stupid. Company can care less about the customers who keep them in business.They do not even deserve 1 Star.
This guy won't go 5 miles to pick someone up for a 20 + mile run, what a waste, give someone else your money

The cab driver that took me home was horrendous. He parked in the middle of the street. I was forced to walk with loads of laundry to the middle of the parking lot. He did not greet me once I came into the cab and seemed annoyed when I told him the route I wanted to take. He snarled "Maam what is the address." He doesn't like change. The vibe in the cab was very cold. I am a paying customer and I deserve to be treated with respect. It was bad enough the cab was 45 minutes late and then to top it off with rude service...I called the company and the woman on the phone said the cab driver is notorious for that kind of behavior.
I call them at 9 something they tell me to call back at 10:30 because I have to be some where at 12 he said he would be here at 11:15-11:30 and its now 11:50 wtf not very reliable like they say so because of them I'm going to be late
