AWFUL........DON'T DO IT!!!

My sister recently recieved a gift certificate from her boyfriend to be used at LUV. It seems that she had a very inexperienced employee do her nails and pedicure. I have never seen such a hideous french manicure and her heels are rough as if she didn't even have a pedi. I have personally seen manis-and pedi's that were done at the beauty college that were a million times more professional looking. Their pedi's are $6 and they pedi's are $2. If she wanted someone who hadn't taken their boards(as this girl was asked "when are you taking your boards?" by a fellow employee) she could have gone to the beauty college at ACTC and spent a whopping $8!!! To beat all, the employees was bragging about how much cheaper their prices are than Fiesta??

Not to mention they are running mani-pedi special for around $45 and her certificate was for $75 THEN she had to pay and extra $10. What about this makes them think that would make a customer want to return??

To add to the discomfort, the employees sat around talking and gossiping about other clientelle. If I were a customer, thank God I have not been, that would lead me to think I would be talked about after leaving. Uncomfortable to say the least.

I am not exactly sure if the owner is aware of the reputation a few events like this could cause her business to have. I know investing in and opening a business is quite and endevor and I would hate to see her have bad misfortune due to not knowing how her employees are making customers feel. A spa should be a relaxing pampering experience!! The experience she had was anything but......
