Overall

I was told the repairs would take 2 days. I did not receive my vehicle until 11 days later. There was absolutely no communication from Portsmouth Auto Body. I had to call them several times, and was always told it would be ready the next day. When I picked it up the lady at the service counter said paint takes a while. My husband said they should already know how long it takes. She threw up her hands and said "You customers are so unreasonable!" and walked out on us. No apology for the wait, no explanation, no communication. I am a patient person. If they just gave an explanation or told us it would be 11 days that would have been fine. Instead they strung me along day after day with empty promises. The only redeeming point is that my husband basically told them to give us the interior detailing for free. Still doesn't make up for 11 days of rental car payments. If all your customers are so unreasonable, maybe the problem isn't the customer but how you handle your business
