Overall

We agree with the post before this! Took the check and ran. Within two hours of "fixing" our range it was broken. Mark never returned our calls. A scam......We should have cancelled the check.... We thought he was legit! He is took the money and ran. We are still without a range waiting 6 weeks later. No more waiting. More than disappointed

Overall
My experience was as if i were...

MY EXPERIENCE WITH MARK'S APPLIANCE REPAIR WAS AS IF I WERE RIPPED OFF, AND LEFT IN THE DITCH TO DROWN.



I called Mark's Appliance Repair to repair my new dryer that was a little over a year old. He came, and did something. A couple days later, the dryer was still NOT working: the machine was shutting itself down during mid cycle while the timer was still in the mid-cycle.



I called him SEVERAL TIMES, and left voice mails describing the problem. Remember this was only A FEW DAYS AFTER MARK HAD 'REPAIRED" THE DRYER.

He never even returned ANY of my very-numerous messages. NOT EVEN ONE PHONE CALL OR EMAIL.



HIS MESSAGE WAS CLEAR: THE PAYMENT CHECK HAS CLEARED, AND THERE WAS NOT MUCH MORE FINANCIAL INCENTIVE FOR MARK!!!!!!



PLEASE, PLEASE DO YOUR SELVES A FAVOR, AND CALL OTHER REPAIR SERVICES IN THE AREA FOR YOUR REPAIR NEEDS.
